This can impact all body functions and organs, especially the cardiovascular system, leading to high blood pressure and heart problems. It can also affect our energy levels, relationships, and work and prevent us from living our lives to the fullest. 

To manage stress, anxiety and worry, it is essential to be aware of the signs that you're suffering and take action as soon as possible. Ignoring or pretending that everything is okay will not help solve the problem. It is crucial to prioritise self-care, which includes breathing and relaxation techniques, physical and mental exercise, nutrition, aromatherapy, meditation, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes. You will also learn essential information about how your body works and what can cause problems for your body, which will help you maintain physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Remember, you matter, and taking care of yourself should be a priority.
