You'll learn numerous tools and techniques to improve your physical, mental and emotional well-being, and to solve some of the possibly overwhelming problems and challenges of daily life. You'll create a strong wellbeing foundation for yourself and will begin to feel healthier and positive.

Prolonged emotional challenges increase stress hormones in the body which impair our immune defence system. This impacts all body functions and organs, especially the cardiovascular system - blood pressure and heart. It can affect our health, energy, relationships and work, and can stop us getting on with our life. 

Managing stress, anxiety and worry is mostly awareness of the signs that you're suffering, and doing something about them as soon as they arise.  The answer is not to ignore, shelve or bury the problem or pretend that everything is okay. You may need a brave face for others, but honesty with yourself is the key to helping yourself feel better. 

You matter, so a priority is self-care. So the course includes breathing and relaxation techniques, physical and mental exercise, nutrition, aromatherapy, meditation, mindfulness, lifestyle changes and basic information about how your body works. Being aware of what can cause problems for your body, will help you to maintain physical, mental and emotional well-being.
