Feng Shui & Clutter Clearing Work Together

Feng Shui struggles around clutter. Feng Shui wants to move you forward. Clutter holds you back. Its stale energy lingers in the atmosphere. Absorbing it is bad for you. Energy levels, decision-making and health can all suffer. It can make you feel ‘stuck’ and going nowhere in your life.

In Feng Shui, the floor plan of your home is divided up into eight compass sectors, and each of these relates to an area of your life. Clutter in SouthWest (your Relationships sector) can stifle relationships, stop them moving forward or create problems. In East (the Health sector) clutter can influence congestive health problems like chest infection, constipation, headaches, weight gain and any health issues that stick around. When you start clutter clearing, you'll realise what areas of your body, mind and life were being affected by it, because those areas start to function again.

Clearing clutter is liberating and it simplifies your life. It cleans up your body and life, clears out old feelings and emotions, negative past-history events and traumas, leaving you free to move forward in your life. When you're not surrounded by lots of stuff, you are able to think more clearly. Complications and chaos seem to disappear. Plus, you don't have to keep moving or cleaning the items.

Clearing clutter is addictive. Its knock-on effect will make you feel healthier and more positive each day. It gives you such an energy buzz and feeling of freedom and wellbeing that you’ll want to keep doing it.

In case you don't know, Clutter is an accumulation of stuff in your home, workplace or mind, which never gets attention. Here are some clutter categories:

  • Piles of newspapers and journals.
  • Clothes you are keeping 'in case'.
  • Overflowing closets.
  • Removal boxes still unopened.
  • Garage with no room for the car.
  • A bulging handbag or briefcase.
  • Unfinished business in your life.
  • That phone call you should make.

Be honest about your clutter. Identify it. Have a constructive plan of action, clutter tools ready, then go for it! Afterwards, get those amazing Feng Shui remedies going.
