Help people in need of emotional support.
You'll gain numerous skills to help people who are challenged by anxiety, worry and stress, and may not know how to cope and feel better. You will learn how to boost their morale, motivation, well-being and self-esteem.
This IPHM-accredited course provides you with a self-care action pack to help restore balance in your clients, by giving them tools and methods that will help them feel more motivated, with a sense that they can cope and feel well while doing so.
The methods are simple, constructive and effective, including good breathing and relaxation techniques, physical and mental exercise, nutrition, aromatherapy, meditation and mindfulness, lifestyle changes and basic information about body functions and organs, and what can cause problems for them.
The course follows with practical aspects of becoming a practitioner. It helps you decide what you want from your practice and how to achieve it. It delves into everything from choosing the right location and ensuring that the atmosphere is good, to hygiene and first aid. You may not want all this information for what you have in mind, but it's useful to know. And it may give you ideas about what you really want to do with your therapy.
Included is developing a professional manner, attracting clients, advertising yourself, maintaining good client rapport, managing sessions and records, connecting with other professionals, and building up a reputable practice, also ensuring that your clients return to you, and let others know how pleased they are with you and your practice.
Qualification: Diploma - Emotional Wellness Coach.
Graduates will automatically be accepted by International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine as a professional coach.
