According to statutory regulations in the United Kingdom, students can cancel their course with the School of Natural Health & Wellbeing Ltd within seven days of enrolment. Email students must advise the School within seven days by email, and postal students must return all course documents intact, at their cost, to arrive within the seven-day period. No refunds can be considered after this seven-day period.
There will be a fee of £20 deducted from your refund. This covers credit card commission, any postal costs paid by the School, and administration associated with enrolment and instalment procedures.
Refunds will be given 14 days from the date of payment.
The course must be completed within 2 years.
Tutors expect some communication from the students at least every 8 weeks, whether course work or advising us of any delay.
Students who have not submitted course work or communicated with the School for 12 months, will have their records placed in the archives and their course and student membership cancelled.
After a 12 month period of no communication, if a student wishes to start or continue the course, a fee of £20 is requested for administration and updating. After a 24 month period, the fee is £25.
Tutors will return marked course work within 7 days of receipt, unless notified in advance of any delay due to holiday periods. In this case, students will be offered extra lessons to undertake during this period.
