Terms & Conditions

♦ DISTANCE-LEARNING COURSES

♦ According to statutory regulations in the United Kingdom, students can cancel their course with the School of Natural Health & WellBeing within seven days of enrolment.  Email students must advise the School within seven days by email, and postal students must return all course documents intact, at their cost, to arrive within the seven-day period.  No refunds can be considered after this seven-day period.

♦ The course must be completed within 2 years. Tutors expect to receive course work from students every 4 to 8 weeks, unless advised otherwise by the student.

♦ Students who have not submitted course work for more than 12 months, without notifying the School, will have their records placed in the archives and their course and student membership cancelled.

♦ After a 12 month period, if a student wishes to continue the course, a fee of £25 is requested for administration and updating.

♦ Tutors will return marked course work within 14 days of receipt, unless notified in advance of any delay due to holiday periods.  In this case, students will be offered extra lessons to undertake during this period.

♦ PRODUCTS

Although we despatch goods soon after receiving payment, please allow fourteen days for despatch.  If we cannot ship within fourteen days, we will advise you.

If you are not satisfied with your goods, please return them to us within seven days, at your cost, together with your original receipt and the original packing and we will refund the cost of the goods.  Pack the goods securely and send us your Proof of Return by separate mail. 

Any damage or discrepancy with the goods supplied must be notified to us in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods.

The Purchaser is solely responsible for product use and care and agrees that the School of Natural Health & WellBeing Ltd will not be held responsible in the event of injury, loss or any mishap beyond their reasonable control.
