Feng Shui Symbols
The primary aim in feng shui is to balance and harmonise the flow of energy (chi) through one's personal space.  The quality of chi in your home manifests itself in the quality of your life.  If chi is not flowing naturally, effects of this may begin to show up in your daily life, depending on which area of your home has bad chi flow, for instance in relationships (SouthWest), finances (SouthEast), career (North), health (East) and so on.

Symbolism forms part of Chinese culture and dates as far back as the time of the I Ching.  Using symbols can bring about subtle changes in the energy in your personal space, through your own intention and perception.  When using symbols, always keep them balanced and be discreet with them.  As symbols need to be chosen carefully and used wisely and with intention, it is important that you understand what they are all about.

Rainbow Crystals
Please note: Rainbow Crystals are shown in Crystals & Books.  Rainbow Crystals are hung in windows and used to energise important compass directions, for instance East to promote health, SouthEast for wealth.  They are facetted and reflect refracted sunlight all over the room.  They are called ‘rainbow’ crystals because each sunlight reflection has all the colours of the rainbow.
