There's more to you than just a physical body. You are also an intricate energy system. Energy flows around you and through you, and without it you would not exist. It fuels your nervous and endocrine systems, and keeps your health, energy and well-being in tip-top condition. There's more to your home or workplace than the things you can see or touch. There's a subtle energy flowing throughout, which can work for you or against you, depending on how well it flows, what type of energy it is - negative or positive, and how it affects you. If your energy becomes blocked anywhere in your body, home or workplace, it no longer flows well and can make you feel tired, lethargic, irritable, unmotivated, unable to concentrate or remember things and you could start to sleep or work badly. Your self-esteem and confidence can take a dive and you can become depressed and stressed-out. You may begin to look old and haggard too. The way you feel also affects people around you.
From a body aspect, unbalanced energy impairs your immune defence system. The trillions of cells which make up the whole of your body no longer receive the quantity or quality of energy needed to maintain every part of your body in a good state of health, so your health suffers. Small persistent health problems may occur. If you don't do something about it, there will soon be a knock-on effect, and other things may start going wrong for you, so you begin to feel worse. At some point there may be a traumatic situation in your life or a serious health issue, which forces you to stop and get yourself sorted out, and it usually happens at the most inconvenient time in your life - a deadline to meet, a big event coming up, the holiday you've waited so long to have, a diary full of meetings and commitments. It's possible that it all started just by your energy being out of balance.

It aims to get to the cause of the problem and eliminate it, so that you don't keep having the same health issue or life problem. It also ensures that you don't have the problems in the first place. Energy balancing can be done anytime and anywhere. It's a case of what you do normally, but doing it better or properly. It involves the nutritional energy from your food and drinks, the colours you eat, wear and surround yourself with, clearing clutter from your home and workplace, learning how to think positively instead of negatively, tackling worry constructively instead of letting it strangle you, relaxing properly, breathing correctly, getting some easy exercise going, sleeping well at last, quick chakra balancing in bed in the morning to start the day, easy meditation even while standing in the supermarket queue. The list of effective remedies for ill health, low energy and a stuck life is endless. You don't have to do the lot. Just one is a good start.
It needs determination and effort to start with, but then it becomes your new way of life. It's not for a quick fix, but a gradual, permanent and profound change. You may feel a change overnight, or it may take some weeks, but the new you is guaranteed to feel and look a lot better than you ever did before, and when you feel good, positive things start happening in your life generally. Decide what you want for yourself, then go for it.
