The School of Natural Health & WellBeing is caring, dynamic, progressive, and devoted to better health and well-being.  We provide high standards of learning through our distance-learning courses, which you can study in your own home, at your own pace.  These will help you to develop new skills and interests, just for enjoyment, to improve your health and energy, or as a foundation to developing a new career, running a workshop, or starting your own practice.

A continuation from Crystal Healing. Now with a good understanding of crystals and how they can be used to heal and empower a person, you progress to deeper healing methods for yourself and others. 

 

Crystals & Energy Healing
From the beginning to confident practice, you develop your healing potential through a deep understanding of crystal energy.  Practical steps on choosing and caring for crystals and using them for better health, energy, concentration, relaxation, well-being.  Learn sensitivity with others, and intuition in assessing the causes and messages of disease in yourself and others.

 

Crystals & Energy Therapy
The course has the same content as Crystals & Energy Healing, but with the addition of setting up a practice. It helps you to decide what you want from your Crystal Therapy practice and how to achieve it. 

 

Your Complementary Practice
Enhance and use your qualification in your chosen therapy or subject.  How to become a successful therapist, and develop practitioner and marketing skills leading to a professional practice and starting or developing a business.

 

Feng Shui Foundations

Sleep Solutions

Tarot

Worry Management

Worry is negative self-talk that almost paralyses you into focusing on problems and stopping you getting on with life.  This course shows how to stop worrying in a practical, constructive way, and how to re-gain control over your life, de-stress and improve health and well-being.
