Come Alive Centre

We provide techniques to improve a person's quality of life.  We encourage them to learn new skills which will benefit them in their daily life.  They also provide a stepping stone to a new career and, for the therapist, continued professional development.

We help people to reduce their stress, simplify their life, improve their health, energy and positivity, and move forward in their life, for their own benefit or to help their family, friends, students or clients.

We offer ancient and modern natural disciplines, such as crystal healing, colour healing, feng shui, chakra healing, clutter clearing, space clearing, natural sleep solutions, tarot, i ching. 

These all reveal powerful ways of changing and improving the energy that flows around and through a person's body, mind and surroundings, which in turn will improve the quality of their daily life.   For those who wish to use their skills to help others, our course in practitioner skills and successful therapy provides a path to professional practice.

We offer distance-learning courses, handbooks, consultation and personal advice services, crystals, books and an online shop.

Our clients and students are from all walks of life and from all over the world, from stressed-out executives to busy housewives, from young people to elderly folk.  They have all proved that by creating healthy energy around and through their body, home and workplace, using easily-leant techniques, they can reduce stress, energise themselves, and create inner calm, confidence and well-being.  Once learnt, these techniques can be used every day, helping to restore and maintain health, cope with daily stresses and to feel good every day.

School of Natural Health & WellBeing

We were founded in 1998 to provide guidance handbooks and tutored distance-learning courses for people to study in their own home and at their own pace.  They all cover ancient and modern natural, alternative and complementary practices, and are inspiring, focused, comprehensive and easy to follow.  As a member of the British Institute for Learning & Development, the quality and professionalism of our courses is rigorously maintained.  As a member of the British Holistic Medical Association we help to uphold high standards of knowledge and practice in holistic health care. 

Feng Shui Harmony

Our launch in 1996 facilitated workshops, training programmes, residential and commercial consultations.  We went on to develop distance-learning courses in Feng Shui.  Our Feng Shui Foundation course is accredited by the Feng Shui Society of London as providing the essential foundations for good and correct feng shui practice.

 

The Come Alive Centre is directed by Brenda Martin MBILD, CHEd(DipStressMgt), (A&P), FSSA, Member of the British Institute for Learning & Development, Stress Management therapist and international professional Feng Shui teacher.  With many years' experience also in crystal healing, clutter clearing and chakra work, Brenda specialises in holistic stress management and natural health.  She writes for journals, lectures, and runs workshops, as well as home and business consultations.  In 1996, Brenda launched Feng Shui Harmony, and in 1998 founded the School of Natural Health & WellBeing.

Brenda has qualified in Flying Star Feng Shui, I Ching and Four Pillars of Destiny with Master Raymond Lo, one of the world's leading experts in Feng Shui and Chinese Divination.  She has also trained with the Western School of Feng Shui and in the methods of other Chinese masters.   She is an accredited teacher and consultant with the Feng Shui Society of London.
