Colour is pure energy.  Each colour has its own unique energy vibration which aligns with the body's own energy vibrations to bring us back into balance.

Have you ever felt low, and selected an energising colour like yellow or orange to wear? 

When you feel up-tight, do you gravitate towards soothing blue or balancing green rather than energising red? 

You frequently intuitively select the right colour for your needs.  But, if you don't allow yourself to be guided by your instincts, then you risk choosing the wrong colours and aggravating a bad mood or hype yourself up when you really want to calm down.

If you suffer from insomnia, reds and yellows can be too energetic for your bedroom.  If you lack motivation and enthusiasm, then red or orange will give you a boost of energy.  Yellow will give you inspiration and ideas.  Blue and turquoise will help you to express yourself and let your needs be known.  Purple will help you to access your own inner wisdom

Everyone has an opinion about colours.  We all have our favourites and our dislikes.  Without realising it, this is because of what the colour does for us.  The invisible energy vibration of each individual colour has an effect on us.  It influences us mentally, emotionally and physically.

Colour is always with us; it is an intimate part of our whole being.  Although we take it for granted and don't even think about it as we go about our daily life, it is constantly affecting us and the world around us.  It affects our home environment, schools, offices, hospitals and all public places. 

 

The colour of the clothes we wear influences our mood. It reflects the way we feel.  We often choose a particular colour of clothing to enhance or improve the way we feel.

The colour of the food we eat influences our disposition, and we often choose particular colours in food to calm our digestive system, give us more energy or keep us healthy.  If we allow ourselves to be guided by our instincts, we will choose the right food for our immediate needs. 

In our daily life, our awareness of colour is probably limited to the clothes we wear, our make-up and accessories, and the colour of our homes, workplaces and the places that we visit.  Although colour is important in these areas, there is much more to colour than just this.
